Meet JP Francoeur, Owner

Hi! I’m Jean Paul Francoeur, but you can call me JP.

I’ve been a personal trainer, licensed massage therapist (LMT), gym owner, and rehabilitation specialist now for over 36 years. After that long in the fitness industry, I’m sure I could bore you with the litany of credentials behind my name, but what does this mean to you?

I bring an unrelentingly positive and thorough experience for every session. My goal as a rehabilitation specialist is to hit home runs for you with every session so we can move into personal training as quickly and safely as possible. I am the state’s leading expert in electrical stimulation rehabilitation, earning my Neufit Level 1 and Level 2 certifications.

I specialize in helping get people out of pain quickly when traditional rehab and recovery methods fall short. I do this with massage, neurological rehabilitation, and an expert eye on technique during exercise.

I’m wholly dedicated to my clients’ success in recovery and exercise.

In my spare time, I enjoy traveling to Europe with my family, cycling, and reading.

Meet Scott Wilkins

My passion for fitness and health led me to join the JP Fitness & Recovery team as a client initially. My focus is on using the Neubie to help clients build muscle and recover from injuries. My own journey to enhanced health and wellness began almost ten years ago. With JP’s support and mentoring, I’ve been able to repair years of sports injuries.

I’m here to use my own journey to assist clients with taking their own journey into the world of wellness and health.

Meet Tonya Mead

I’m a NASM certified personal trainer with Yoga, Pilates, and Barre, and NASM Golf performance certifications.

Meet Bryan Dietz

As an RN, I worked as a pediatric trauma nurse before spending 20 years in the medical device industry, focusing on peripheral vascular. My extensive knowledge of anatomy and human physiology serves as a solid foundation for my work. I underwent training and certification from Neufit in Austin, TX.

I firmly believe in the effectiveness of this therapy and have applied it to various individuals ranging from teenagers with sports injuries to active seniors and even my horses.
